Tesla

TESLA.COM/CHARGING

I was the designer and art director on the charging revamp of the website. While refreshing outdated assets across the pages, I clearly presented the many charging options a Tesla owner has to charge anywhere and alleviate any “charging anxiety” a potential buyer might have when considering going electric. You can view the full pages here.

TESLA.COM/MODELX

During the redesign of the S and X product pages, I worked alongside the art director to build out the Model X page while he focused his efforts on Model S. My contributions include the mobile navigation, desktop sub-navigation, the stylized range maps and supercharger maps, prepping the Model X configurator for the developers, and extensive photo retouching. You can view the full page here.

MODEL 3 CUSTOMER EMAILS

I designed a special series of email communications to our Model 3 reservation holders to invite them to configure their cars or inform them of new options that rolled out. These were intended to stand out from our standard emails sent to Tesla customers and have a more exclusive, premium look.

2017 LA AUTO SHOW DIGITAL KIOSK

For this event, I designed the user interface for the iPad mini kiosks that were displayed next to the product. Each screen featured a hero image and three to six highlighted features. When the user scrolled down, the specifications of the car or energy product was displayed. The user could then sign up for updates, enter their contact info, and select which products they were interested in—generating new sales leads in the process.

TESLA PRIDE WEEK 2017

In 2017, I had the pleasure of designing Tesla's look for the Pride Week parade in San Francisco as well as other major US cities. Starting the rainbow with Tesla red, I broke with the traditional seven-hued rainbow and added some additional intermediary shades. Combined with the equality symbol, the result was an eye-catching yet simple design that fit with the Tesla aesthetic. In addition, I designed hats, shirts, and flags for the marchers.

Upon signing up to going solar, the welcome guide is the first communication a new customer receives. Designed to be friendly and informative, this guide walks the customer through the company background, the steps to get started and how their system generates energy from the sun.

GLOBAL EMAIL MARKETING

As global email designer I planned out and designed attractive seasonal email campaigns, assisted in directing clothing photo shoots, and aligned with the clean aesthetic of the Gap Factory brand.

Sephora

RETAIL FIXTURE DESIGN

During my time at Sephora, I was a part of the store design team. There I partnered with the fixture designer, visual merchandisers, marketing and the featured brands to generate attractive and functional graphics that fit with the Sephora aesthetic and contributed to a positive retail experience.
